When I arrived to the room I was told my reservation had been canceled due to nonpayment from Expedia. After sitting in the lobby and calling Expedia we learned that the staff were negligent or not trained properly on how to book reservations using the discounted rate through Expedia. However, The staff called his manager and she quickly walked him through how to book the reservation. This shows lack of leadership and lack of training on the management at the hotel. Overall the entire was very nice and helpful, in fact they always spoke and asked if they could do anything for you each time you walked by the front desk. The pillows on the bed were too soft and the room could use a good deep cleaning and minimal repairs. The AC/heating unit did not work properly and the mirror in the bathroom was propped up with rocks to hold it in place. Could add boiled eggs for breakfast. Other than that my stay was good.
