Did not use the pool...the staff are friendly. buggy service from lobby to room is good as somebody is on staff at all times. Food is terrible. just go to the nearby hotel and eat.

The hotel is dated. The rooms are in desperate need of refurbishment. We had booked an extra bed and was not provided a pillow. The bathroom was not clean. Hillsidecreek Homestay - Luxury 4 Bedroom Villa in Munnar, Kerala
It was great stay at Hillside Creek, conveniently close to Anachal and Munnar. Hosts were always available to assist with any requests. The whole house is a gem with big hall available upstairs for parties.
