This former barn has been carefully renovated to combine authentic charm with modern comfort. Transformed by an architect, it’s designed to welcome families in a warm and functional setting, with spacious rooms, quality materials, and a friendly atmosphere.



The heart of the house is a large 50 m² living area that opens directly onto the terrace. This bright, open space brings together the living room, dining area, and kitchen—perfect for spending time with family or friends. On the same level, there’s a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with WC for your comfort and convenience. Upstairs, a mezzanine leads to three more bedrooms and a second bathroom with WC, making the house ideal for group stays.



There are three bedrooms with double beds, one with three single beds, and a sofa bed in the living room, so everyone can sleep comfortably.



You’ll have access to the entire house, the outdoor terrace, a balcony, and a large orchard of over 1,000 m² in front of the house. Depending on the season, you can enjoy the garden and pick plums or apples freely.



There are plenty of activities all year round: alpine skiing at Margériaz–Les Aillons, cross-country skiing at La Féclaz, hiking on nearby trails with access to mountain huts, and for thrill-seekers, aerial sports (hang gliding, gliding, skydiving), horseback riding, or via ferrata. It’s the perfect spot for nature and outdoor activity lovers.
