Apartment 'Top Between Sea and Mountains' with Private Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The outdoor pool is open seasonally (May 16 – September 15) from 10:00 to 12:30 and 14:00 to 18:00, shared with the owner. Parking is convenient: one space in the courtyard (please close the gate) and additional spaces on the street.



House rules — Check-in at 14:00 and check-out at 10:00. Maximum capacity: 3 guests. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted indoors (ashtray available outside). Quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:30. Pool: minors must be supervised by an adult, no glass objects. Only one vehicle allowed in the courtyard. External visitors require prior written approval. Security cameras are installed outside and noise sensors are present. Events are not permitted. Upon arrival, you will review and sign the full house rules for agreement.
