For those looking to venture further, the expansive Thetford Forest (10 miles) offers miles of cycling and walking routes, all within easy reach.


On site, guests may also choose to experience the on-site Wilderness Spa, featuring a natural swimming pond, hot tub, sauna and treatments (available at an additional cost and to be arranged in advance), or savor freshly prepared meals from the wonderful bistro.


Inside, the hut is thoughtfully designed for comfort. The king-size bed, complete with an electric blanket and extra throws, ensures a restful night’s sleep, while the wood burner is perfect for creating a cosy atmsophere. A love seat and TV with a DVD player provide a relaxing spot to relax after a day of exploring. The compact yet functional indoor kitchen includes a gas hob and microwave, and the bathroom features a heated shower, flushing toilet, and heated towel rail.


Outside, the private garden area is a haven for relaxation. The decked veranda, with roll-down screens and a heat lamp, houses a luxurious double-ended outdoor bath with running hot water, perfect for year-round enjoyment. The wood-fired hot tub, complete with lights and jets, offers a soothing soak under the stars. Guests can dine alfresco at the outdoor dining area or cook up a feast in the fully equipped outdoor kitchen.
