Super Fun Place!
We really enjoyed our ladies retreat at the cabin on the river. Even though the weather was yucky and snowy, it was fun to be together and the hot tub felt great. We will definitely book this Vrbo again!

Amazing Place to Stay
This is such an amazing cabin right along the river. Location could not be better, especially if you are spending your days on the river floating. What makes staying here even better is the owner of the property, Dusty. Great guy and he genuinely cares about making your stay an enjoyable one.

The Hood friends!
We enjoyed the cabin! Pretty cold this time but we love the area and this cabin! Enjoyed the hot tub and just relaxing at the friendly/ homey cabin! We love the cabin! Always a great place! Thank you for always allowing us to enjoy the freedom of coming and going cooking and resting and enjoying the wild life!

Holiday Fun
We have stayed at Hot Springs Cabin before and plan to make it an annual adventure. Thermopolis is such a fun home base to venture out each day and this wonderful cabin is amazing to come back to. The cabin and location on the Bighorn River couldn't be more perfect. Plus you get to see lots of wildlife which is always fun. We'll be back next year for sure.

It was very nice to have a hot tub for when you can back from a cold hunt.
Very good. Only thing would be to get a smart tv so we could watch things easier. Enjoyed our time there. Very cozy rustic environment. Loved it.

Great place for a family get together
Awesome cabin for a family get together! Perfect house set up. Beautiful river view. Host had extra supplies available that we did not expect. We were there in the winter with snow, can't wait to book again in the summer.

Very nice place
Everything about this stay was nice. I would change one thing, however regarding the mattresses on the queen beds. They were uncomfortable especially for the adults. There were other people's socks in the couch cushions, and the lights in the kitchen were filled with bugs, which didn't bother us, but were unsightly. I would stay there again, but that was our impressions, and it might affect others as far as staying there again. Everything else was wonderful!

Wyoming Fly Fishing
This property is a jewel! The "cabin" feel appeals to the guys while the kitchen appeals to the girls. We have been at this property 3 times now and will return again. The fire pit and the hot tub get used every time we are there. We love watching the sunset over the river. We LOVE being dropped off right at the back door after a day of fishing. Everything is so easy and convenient!

"the River is my Happy Place"
This was what's written on a sign over the door leading to the River and a summary of this place. The house is a perfect fishing getaway with a huge driveway. We had 8 guys and a dog, along with 3 drift boats and everyone was comfortable. Dusty was a great host and we hope to come back next year. Thank you Dusty!!!

A snug family spot!
We enjoyed the Thermopolis cabin for a three night stay. We all loved the hot tub and the river views. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms were not huge but worked well, and we liked all the cozy blankets to snuggle up and watch movies. For a family of nine, it was a little tight, but we would totally stay there again. Thanks for the great time!

Winter Wonderland
This property is simply amazing! We were lucky enough to stay when we received a lot of snow. So as fabulous as it would have been to use the deck and hot tub, we got so much snow that the ice on the river and trees made it a winter wonderland to stay. The waterfowl on the river and a few deer, were a lot of fun too watch. There is no where else better to get "snowed in" than Hot Springs Cabin. It was a great excuse to just "chil-lax" for a few days. We will definitely return to enjoy the deck and river during the warmer months ASAP. And as always, Thermopolis is a great place to vacay at.

Relax and Enjoy
This was a great stay in a cozy cabin. It's very quiet and private even though it's located in town. The veiw off the back deck of the river was amazing in the winter! We had -34 temperatures but the house stayed toasty and warm. If you are looking to kick back and relax in a rustic atmosphere, this is the place to stay! We loved the town, the State Park, and our home away from home.

Just the spot..
Felt like home in this cozy cabin. We loved the fully stocked kitchen and went all out on the grill outside. The view was very calming and the jacuzzi was a big plus. Loved that there was ample parking space for my family. Will definitely consider another stay here next year!

Wind River Rendezvous
Repeat offenders who have stayed at this VRBO several times in the past. Rusty is always a pleasure to deal with and the property is always spotlessly clean - the kitchen is well equipped! In addition, the house is conveniently located on the river with easy access to the hot springs, local restaurants and nearby boat ramps. Great place to stay for water based activities……

Fishing Cabin on the river
We were a bit daunted at first by the dark interior and the debris on the deck (after a rain) and the soggy cushions out there. But as our eyes adjusted to the (lack of) light, we saw the two very nice bathrooms, ample towels, working dishwasher, three nice bedrooms/work spaces for the writers, the hot tub and the fast-moving waters of the Bighorn RIVER—especially lovely in the early morning with the mist rising from its surface. The beds were comfortable, the stove worked (but not-working light under the microwave), refrigerator ample and had a working ice/water feature. All in all, it became a cozy retreat for us, back from the main road and providing the bonus of a good hot tub.

The cabin was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The location is close to the restaurants, grocery and the back deck on the river is a perfect spot for an evening cocktail. We would stay here again.

Great riverside getaway spot!
We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean, beds comfortable and we had everything we needed. The location is great, feels secluded but right in town. Our 9 year old caught an 18” rainbow from the shore in front of the property. We spent tons of time on the deck and the hot tub was so nice in the evenings.

Rafting, fishing and fun with family!
We were looking for family fun on the river, at the Hot Springs State Park, and the Dinosaur Museum. Our grandson caught his first cutthroat trout, our granddaughter loved the raft trip, and our youngest grandson was so happy to see bison with calves. Their happiness made the trip.
