Some desert trips run on driving. This one doesn't. Summerwell sits in the southeast corner of La Quinta, roughly two miles from the polo grounds where Coachella and Stagecoach take over every spring — close enough that the walk back to a real bed at the end of a festival day is the whole point. Look west and the Santa Rosa Mountains rise across the valley, catching color at both ends of the day.

The home is a four-bedroom, four-bath layout that sleeps up to ten, built around open-concept living with wood-style floors running underfoot and Caesarstone counters catching the desert light. The kitchen is the kind that pulls everyone in: shaker cabinetry, stainless appliances, and enough prep space that morning coffee and a full group dinner are equally uncomplicated. Four full bathrooms mean nobody's negotiating over the mirror before a tee time or a gate opening.

Out back is the part that's genuinely rare here — a private fenced yard, all yours, in a community setting where most guests get a shared patio and call it a day. It's where the group ends up after dark, when the desert finally cools off and nobody feels like going anywhere.

A few steps beyond the front door, guests have access to the community's resort-style amenities: a pool with cabanas and a spa, an outdoor lounge with a fire feature and a full BBQ area, a fitness center and yoga lawn for the early risers, and a clubhouse co-working lounge for anyone who has to answer a few emails before the day starts.

The location is quietly excellent for how much sits within a few minutes of it. PGA West's championship courses are about five minutes west and SilverRock is roughly ten, putting a serious stretch of Coachella Valley golf inside a short drive. Lake Cahuilla Veterans Regional Park is about three miles out for a loop walk under the mountains, and the Cove trailheads into the Santa Rosas are a fifteen-minute drive for hikers after sweeping valley views. Old Town La Quinta's restaurants, galleries, and Sunday farmers market are about the same, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden is roughly twenty minutes northwest, and El Paseo's shopping and dining in Palm Desert rounds out a half-hour drive when you want a bigger night out.

Festival weekend, a golf trip, or a slow stretch of nothing under the desert sun — this pocket of La Quinta puts you close to all of it and quiet the rest of the time.

Parking Details:
- One-car garage (fits a full-size car or mid-size SUV) plus one additional space outside the front door. Maximum 2 vehicles. Oversized vehicles such as XL Suburbans or full-size pickup trucks do not fit in the garage. No street or driveway parking—violations may result in HOA towing or fines.


All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
