"We visited Balito with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful stay. The hotel is small but updated and it is run by a wonderful family who makes you feel at home. "Had a great time staying at this lovely hotel. All the staff (reception, restaurant staff and cleaners) were all extremely pleasant and friendly. There is a mini market by the pool which is very well stocked. A bus outside the hotel takes you all the way into the centre of Chania and runs frequently. "3 jours au Sea view hôtel pour visiter la zone de La Canée. Très grande chambre confortable avec vue mer. Une bouteille de vin nous attendait au frais pour notre arrivée. Petit déjeuner excellent, le meilleur de notre séjour en Crète. On n’a pas profité de la piscine parce que le temps ne s’y prêtait pas mais elle est magnifique. Excellent établissement."

"Fabulous location , set in its own grounds so very relaxed . Stella is simply the most wonderful host , very kind , very friendly and very helpful. Our room was and remained spotless , whilst the property is maybe no new , it’s impossible to age as everything was immaculate . Great aircon and decent shower. "The Hotel is in a charming location in the old Harbor,with nice restaurants around;The hotel staff,all of them,are very helpful and kind,they helped us in making reservations to restaurants as well..The Breakfast was the highest highlight for us,local and international products,lots of options,everything was very tasty and fresh,high quality! We didn’t like the Room beds,extremely soft and seemed to be old,we didn’t sleep well unfortunately,with some back pain after the night,both of us..If the beds in our room were better,I would give 5 stars for our stay,but unfortunately we didn’t like them."
