Check in was easy, the home is well-appointed and contains just about everything one would need to enjoy 3 Mile Bay. "The cabin was amazing, nice and quiet. The bunk house was perfect for the kids, gave them their own space to hang out in. Tons of wildlife, frogs, fish and the owl flew through a few times. We went up for "Pirates Weekend" at Alex's Bay, was a nice 25 min drive. Did the Uncle Sam's boat tour, stores were close enough for last min things. Would rent again!! "

" Fantastic stay! Dog friendly. Super safe. We all had a great time on the pontoon boat! Place was clean and included ALL the amenities! Neighbors were so friendly and helpful! Brett, Alice, and Chris made us feel welcome prior to the trip and all through the trip. Would recommend for sure!"

"We enjoyed the rental very much and the location was excellent in a quiet area. We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck and down by the waterfront in the evening. Our only complaint would be the window air conditioning units not quite keeping the bedroom cool, but that wouldn’t keep us from staying here again!"

"The photos are accurate as far as descriptions but cottage is much larger than it appears in photos. It was immaculate kitchen well equipped even had extras such as spices coffee honey etc which I ve never seen in past units I have booked Bedrooms roomy additional linen available AC which was a blessing. "We loved staying here! The home is beautiful, clean and updated. It is centrally located to many Thousand island towns, which we visited. We loved relaxing on the deck and the rocks for the waves, sunsets, and fishing. There was only one bad part having to leave! A grill, firepit and a raft would be bonuses. Mosquito zappers or citronella candles are much needed. "

"Many yrs ago I spent time in Alexandria bay and brought my grandchildren to the thousands island area to make fond memories for them. Words can't explain how disappointed I was with that area. Clayton was so beautiful and accommodating. This property was wonderful and very clean. When we return to Clayton we will stay here"
