Château de Panisseau offers you this magnificent, very spacious, charming gîte in the heart of its winegrowing estate. Surrounded by vines, forests and wide open spaces, this haven of peace is less than 30 minutes from Bergerac. An ideal place to welcome your family and friends. It is fully furnished and decorated to a very high standard.

The gîte is on one floor with spacious, comfortable and well-equipped accommodation.
On the ground floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a comfortable living room to relax in.
Upstairs, you'll find 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed.
All 4 bedrooms have their own bathroom.
Beds are made up and towels and pool towels are provided.
A barbecue and a private outdoor terrace await you for a moment of relaxation.

The shared swimming pool, heated from June to September, and the garden are ideal for relaxing in peace and quiet.
The property is vast and everyone can easily find their place for the duration of their stay.

We are in the commune of Thénac (24240) in the Dordogne department, about 18 km from Bergerac and its airport.

5 km from the village of Sigoulès-et-Flaugeac, where you'll find a bakery, mini-market, post office, bar and restaurant, and 14 km from Eymet.

The village of Les Pruniers, an internationally renowned Buddhist centre, is just 3 km away.

The Dordogne makes up the vast majority of the Périgord region, one of the most beautiful in France, with its splendid rolling countryside, typical architecture, a thousand and one châteaux and medieval villages rich in history, many of which surround us.

Children can enjoy canoeing on the Dordogne, visiting prehistoric caves such as Lascaux or the Proumeyssac chasm, visiting the Bergerac Aquarium, horse-riding or cycling.

For the more adventurous, there's go-karting, ballooning over the Dordogne valley and, for golf enthusiasts, the magnificent Les Vigiers golf course just 10 minutes away. And, of course, there's gastronomy and tasting of Bergerac wines, including those from our ‘Château de Panisseau’ vineyard.
