The "Le Couderc" vacation rental is a charming townhouse located in the heart of the picturesque village of Théminettes. Ideal for 2 to 4 people, this home offers a warm and comfortable setting for an unforgettable vacation with family or friends. As soon as you arrive, you’ll be charmed by the home’s welcoming atmosphere. The cottage features a small, enclosed front yard—perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors or simply soaking up the region’s sunshine. A private garden also provides a place to relax, whether you’re reading a book or enjoying an aperitif. The “Le Couderc” cottage is ideally located for exploring the region’s treasures. Whether you want to go hiking in the magnificent surrounding countryside, explore the charming medieval villages nearby, or relax by the river, you’ll always find something to do in the area. This village house is attached on one side and is all on one level. The living/dining room with a wood-burning stove opens onto a separate kitchen (which leads to a small enclosed garden and covered patio at the back of the house), a laundry room, and a pantry. The living room also opens onto an open-concept sleeping area running the length of the house, featuring a sofa, one 140-cm bed (with space for an additional 90x190-cm bed), and children’s toys. Beyond the sleeping area is a separate bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a private bathroom with a toilet. Enclosed courtyard at the front of the house. Enclosed lot across the street with a carport. Additional private parking space in front of the house. Wi-Fi access. Towels, sheets, and heating included. End-of-stay cleaning available as an option. Pets are welcome—€10/week (subject to house rules).
