"We had a fantastic stay at the mole resort. The lodges are beautiful and the facilities are only a few minutes walk away. The welcome pack for our dog was a lovely touch. We used the tennis courts and swimming pool along with the indoor games room which is a great addition. "

"Immaculately clean, perfectly equipped, well though-out for a super stay by as many as four. The silence was only interrupted by occasional sounds of cows and sheep in the adjoining fields and the call of the resident pheasant. Diane was welcoming and helpful. Only two suggestions for her: a spot of milk, a bit of sugar and a few tea bags to accompany the very welcoming scones and clotted cream would have been great (and taking a plane to a couple of doors that don't quite open). "Located on the edge of a tiny rural Devon village, this property was the perfect getaway for us and our dog. The village pub is great (although you have to be up for the walk up the steep road to get there), and the property hosts were there if you needed them, totally non-invasive if you didn’t. They left very useful recommendations, which we followed and were not disappointed. The patio area is a lovely sun trap well into the evening. "Had a lovely holiday week. We had the house and flat, ideal for our party of 9 and three dogs. Plenty of space for everyone to relax. Kitchens have just been refurbished, main house one wasn't quite finished but not a problem. Love the outside space too, enclosed garden for the children and dogs. Visited both the pubs for drinks and meals too, good food and welcome."

"We met the owner upon arrive and where made to feel very welcome. The beautiful grounds, house and location was perfect. The family rooms were huge and perfect for little ones. The hot tub and games room was well equipped along with the kitchen. We bumped into the owners family down by the river and were lovely and friendly and very helpful. Thank you"

"Three generations stayed here and all loved it. My 5 year old grandson was amazed at the “upside down” house. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Location was good for getting around. Very peaceful. The basket of goodies we received on arrival was lovely. Would definitely stay here again."

"Lovely property. Overall good stay. However few points that could be improved upon, mainly from communication point of view. As we were travelling from the other side of the country we had requested if any non-dairy milk was available for use on the day we arrived and although the host said that would be fine, no milk available on arrival.
