"I complained about constant noise and sent a video in my room. No change was offered 2 of the 3 nights I could not get good sleep. Finally 3rd night slept due to exhaustion. I hope to get compensation for the discomfort. "

"The room was clean however there are some plumbing items that need to be addressed. The tub spout to shower is rusted or clogged and was hard to pull up. The toilet handle needed to be held down to flush. The mattress was sagging on the left side and the pillows were too hard or lumpy. Breakfast was average, but I can’t it eat anyway because of dietary restrictions. Would have been nice to have a banana though and their coffee was watered down. It was a decent stay but I won’t stay there again....

"Check in was easy. When we got to our room there were roaches everywhere. Went to ask front desk if we could get a different room and said there completely booked until the next day but never received another room. No breakfast as mentioned in the booking details. No respect for others. Also people in rooms next door smoking marijuana and the smell coming into our room. The front door had a crack on the bottom so the room stayed hot. A/C didn’t cool just felt like a fan was on. "

"I had my elderly parents with me and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate them. The grounds are magnificent and the pool area was very peaceful and enticing. Thank you Hara’s for the wonderful stay. "

"O hotel é ao lado da I 45 N, e as intalações são regulares, porem o carpet do quarto estava muito sujo. O café da manhã oferecido era bom"

"Não tem todos os serviços de uma hotel nem todas as comodidades, mas é bem conservado e limpo. O chuveiro deixa a desejar e o wifi não era grátis, mas o hotel não exitou em fornecer acesso gratuito quando solicitei. A recepção tem horários um pouco inconvenientes para quem passa o dia fora. Contudo, considero ainda um ótimo custo benefício."

"The room was very well equipped very comfortable for a multi day stay. The shower is very large and hot water was on demand almost immediately. The breakfast bar was well equipped every day and the menu rotated every day as well so you didn’t feel like you were having the same food over and over again. Overall, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in in the past five years at least."
