"This hotel looks nothing like the pictures. It is very run down and dirty. I booked for two nights, but after the first night, there was no way I was staying another night so I went to check out and cancel second night. They refused to give me a refund for the second night, even though it was before 11am. No water pressure in the shower, cold air draft coming right in through the door to the room, worn out bed, didn't look like the room has been cleaned in months, it was disgusting."

"Staff were rude, unprofessional and terrible. The whole place smelled foul. The room had all kinds of issues. Breakfast was over at nine on Saturday, which is ridiculous and the coffee was weak and poor."

The staff were wonderful & accommodating when things began to go wrong for myself & my daughter’s trip the front desk manager kept a level head and calm demeanor which helped me to calm myself as well.
