"I had an early flight and breakfast was not available which was no problem. The free shuttle to ATW Appleton Airport was wonderful and very convenient. Vicki was right on time at 5:00 am. She had an earlier shuttle at 4:30 am, but made it back in time to pick me up. "

"The manager is so wonderful and helpful and listens to any concerns you may have and works to remedy them. They are concerned about the safety and well being of their guests. I stay here frequently for business and they do their best to accommodate and attend to my needs and concerns,"

"This is the most filthy hotel I’ve ever encountered in my life. There were smears on the walls, trash and debris underneath the sink/counter, the air/heat didn’t work, window didn’t lock, unprofessionally hand written signs taped to all the things out of order and staff looked like they just came off the street corner. Also my deposit was not refunded until after I called to inquire about it. The whole place and its staff are sketchy!"

"The large pool area with the salt water pool was thoroughly enjoyed by my grandsons. The hot tub was large and very relaxing. The breakfast consisted of a waffle bar, another item my grandsons were extremely happy about. Our room was large and very comfortable. The staff that we interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable."
