"This my second time staying there. Not a bad place at all. Has everything you mostly need around there and easy access to I275… Only thing I didn’t like is I don’t remember them asking for a security deposit when you arrived."

"When we arrived I thought I had made a mistake and booked a place that allowed smoking. It is listed as non smoking but had a smoky smell. Some areas smelled like pee. They do allow pets but I would expect that mopping with a cleaner would remedy that. There were flies in the windows so we bought some fly strips. "Wish we had more time to enjoy this rental and Loveland. We got in pretty late and left early. The set up was perfect and everything was clean and new looking with flair. I would definitely go out of my way to stay there again if I am in the state."

"There was a heavy odor of cigarette smoke when we opened the door. Despite it being listed as no smoking. Had to go out and get air fresheners. Messaged the owner who never responded. Dirty dishes found in dishwasher which also smelled. Had to hand wash the dishes and silverware just to be on safe side. And dirty towels found hanging behind bathroom door. Backyard full of weeds and hadn’t been cut in a while. Have stayed at other VRBO properties, this one was the worst."
