"Over all great stay"

"The room was good. The floor was dirty when we went in but they came and cleaned it for me the next day. They need more hooks to hang towels, swimsuits etc. The breakfast was really good! The pool needs maintenance. A lot of loose concrete and missing concrete in and around the pool. Nice views though but very limited seating. Elevators were quick. There were lots of great places walkable to eat and shop. I would stay again."

"They met and exceeded our expectations! For reference we stayed 5 days 4 nights with 8 people (myself, my husband, our son, his wife, their 6 month old son, and our 3 daughters) Upon arrival eveything was exactly as shown in the pictures (nicer and more spacious in my opinion) I was so thrilled to find out that the bunk bed was actually a full size mattress on top and bottom making it much more accommodating for my pre teen, teen & young adult daughters to share. "O quarto estava bem limpo. O hotel possui entrada para a praia, onde havia poucas pessoas. Hotel e local seguros para férias em tempos de COVID-19. A piscina do hotel era grande e havia poucas pessoas. Hotel com excelente estrutura. "

"We enjoyed every part of this hotel, staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and hot and the laundry, workout room and parking were all in a great location near our room. Each morning we enjoyed the wonderful view of the beach and ocean along side the pool and hot tub area from our room. I will book again next year."

"Was good for our one night stay. We had to wait for the staff at front desk when arrived for about 10 minutes before checked us in, tried to make tea with the hot water in lobby and tea bags provided, but the water was not hot must have been sitting so long it was never checked on and was cold so threw that away. Only 1 of the 2 elevators worked and had backups waiting for it a few times and had to squeeze it full of people since it was constantly full from only have one working. Everything else...

"super Disappointed with our stay. Many things the hotel promotes are not a reality. Cribs are not available, only pack and plays. The one provided to us was broken and was never replaced despite multiple requests for it to be replaced. We could never get fresh towels and the room was consistently dirty with sand all over the floor and trash left in the room. The staff was not helpful at all and often seemed confused when asked questions. We had someone who checked in every day during our stay...

"There was quite a bit of mold all around. For example, shower curtains are moldy and several spots on ceiling."
