The First bedroom offers a King size bed with ensuite and tv, and the second bedroom offers 2 single beds (can be made into a super king) with an ensuite.
All beds are of an excellent hotel quality and linen and towels are provided throughout your stay! The fixtures and fittings in the property are top-class with luxurious modern furnishings throughout.
The accommodation is all on one level providing a gorgeous open plan living-dining and kitchen area with a tastefully decorated and fully equipped kitchen providing everything you will need for your stay and a stylish table to seat 4 guests.
The lovely village of Haxby offers excellent commuter links and bus links into the historic city centre.
This friendly area has good, close by amenities including pubs, shops, various choices of restaurants a hairdressers, supermarkets, a bakery and a fish and chip shop, and there is also a village park and a superb golf course just 7 miles away.
Millers fish and chip shop is award winning and definitely worth visiting and Haxby Bakehouse is second to none, along with Quinns as an option for an evening wine bar, and many coffee shops to choose from.
This property is perfect if you are wanting a nice relaxing stay with family, friends or your partner, with easy access to the city centre but away from all the Hussle hustle and bustle! Free parking on the driveway and high speed Wi-Fi is also provided. Parking is for two cars.
The property has a lovely fully enclosed courtyard with outside seating .
This property also provides sustainable and eco-friendly living. which includes solar PV panels, ASHP and underfloor heating. Most of the fixtures and fittings have been sourced either locally or with sustainability in mind.

York Races
We stayed for a long weekend to attend York Races and do some site seeing in York.Perfect location for both,short Uber ride or drive,but parking in York quite pricy.I used just Park and parked in Asda for £9 all day.
Lovely home,clean,and comfortable with quiet courtyard.Beds were very comfy,and great to relax into after a long day.

Lovely place
Great spot far enough from York for a peaceful stay but close enough for our daily excursions. Great running/walking route from the property to the River Foss and other footpaths. The property was fantastic, well appointed and super clean. The property is set back from the main road with a lovely quiet, secluded courtyard garden. The hosts were very responsive to queries. Thanks for a great stay!

Strongly recommend
We really enjoyed our 4 days here. It was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. The internet was good, so our teenage girls were happy too!
It’s only a short walk to the village shops, pubs, and restaurants of Haxby and about a 15 min drive from York centre. We spent our days out York and the evenings at the property or in the village, which was a good balance for us.
If you are considering booking then I’d strongly recommend it.

Wonderful place!
We have just come back from a relaxing week at this beautiful property. It’s a wonderful place to stay and extremely comfortable. Only drawback would be that there were only two wineglasses and not big enough cooking trays. Whilst there were six wine glasses they were in a display cabinet looked too delicate to use. Having said that we all had a lovely time as did our Labrador who enjoyed the treats left for her!

LOVE!!
Absolutely stunning spot! This place was immaculate and so comfortable. We had everything we could possibly need. We had a fabulous time and the staff were extremely helpful, allowing us to access the property early for no extra charge. We will definitely return in the future.
