"Rooms were clean and big, staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing lacking is the free breakfast - it is free so you can’t expect much, but the meats were pretty bad and there’s no place to warm up the food, also waffles are malt flavored and way too thin. Overall I would stay there again and just have breakfast out."

"Excellent customer service! Ka’Shawn was so helpful and kind! Very comfortable beds, linens were nice. The AC fan would not turn off, but we just turned it off, got very chilly! Nice lobby, and the pool was pretty standard. Very happy with the stay! "

"It says newly renovated, but they just slapped some paint on the place. There was some sauce splattered on the wall in our room, the phone didn't work, and when asked about a crib, they came to our room and said they didn't have one that was safe for a baby. No towels were in the room; we had to ask twice for towels, and at one point, they said they didn't have any. The staff was nice, but the receptionist seemed overwhelmed. I rate the Okana Resort 4 stars. No one explained the extra fees at check in or on Expedia, which was frustrating. The room also had a sewage smell, though the manager did make adjustments to help with the issue. The outdoor waterpark wasn’t open during our stay, and there was no room service available.
On the positive side, the children had a great time, which helped make the stay better overall. Because of that, I’m giving it a 4‑star rating."
