"Staff was great and very kind, parking was easy, although we did not use it pool looked clean! Hotel is a bit outdated. Everything was clean and comfortable and suited our needs. Would stay again if visiting the area. Also booked online 30 minutes before arriving and was as advertised and very easy good service. Also has included breakfast which was good! Again, simple, nothing fancy, not over the top but just right for a quick sleep, shower and food before getting back on the road . Cleanliness...

I will return to this boutique hotel. It’s located centrally in Kirkland with easy access to to downtown and the waterfront. Kirkland, Bellevue and just minutes to downtown Seattle make it perfect for business. It’s quiet and has all the amenities for walking, shopping and dinning in the area. "You could not ask for a nicer quiet B&B and the hosts were amazing. You will be all by yourself as they only host one couple at a time. On Cottage Lake the facility is warm and friendly, and a little dated with the layout. It's private and breakfast is served at whatever time you want, and it's excellent! A very nice getaway that seems away from everything but only half hour-40 minutes or so from Seattle. "
