"Spacious clean room with full size couch in front of the large TV. The bed was very comfortable and had an ample supply of pillows. An improvement could be made about room service. We went 3 days without room service. Granted on of those days was a holiday - New Years, but we should have got room service either on New Years Eve or the day before that. We didn't"

"Room was great! Had a hard time with the hot water in the shower, but probably due to the fact that the building is so old. LOVED the overall appearance on the inside of the hotel."

The only complaint is that we left the red hanger on our door for towels and never received them. We had to go to the front desk and ask for them. Overall a very nice place to stay."
