Hotéis perto de The Village at Allen TX

"Olá , ao chegar o hotel estava em reforma , o quarto é top a piscina estava fria apesar de ter aquecedor . Solicitei Up grade por enfrentar cheiro de tinner mas não fui atendido , me pediram 3 dias por estar lotado , passaram os três dias e ninguém mas falou como fiquei 11 dias após a reforma até gostei . A localização é excelente o atendimento poderia melhor funcionários deixaram a desejar no atendimento principalmente na recepção . Limpeza top , voltaria. "

"Very good hotel in all aspects. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the service was excellent. Spacious free parking. The free breakfast was not that great. Overall, I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel."

"The only 2 things I can say about this hotel is that the AC worked good and the beds were ok, that being said we will Never stay here again! The plug ins the bathroom didn’t works, nor did half of them in the room, the ice machine didn’t work either! When I called to the front desk to ask about the plug ins not works the guy at the desk said “what do you want me to do about it” after telling me it was late (10pm)and he couldn’t do anything, did I need to use them! REALLY!! I paid for the room...

"Awesome hotel!! Bed was very comfortable and the mini-kitchen was great. Location was nice. Staff was very professional. Just wish they served breakfast at the hotel. There was restaurants right next to the hotel which gave discounts when you showed your hotel key. Overall excellent hotel and would stay here again."

"The staff was very friendly and accommodated all of our requests. Our room was very spacious and we enjoyed having a kitchen. I was happy to see a safe in our room and the location was excellent, surrounded by restaurants and shopping venues. There were lots of selections available for breakfast and the coffee was delicious. We will definitely stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton in the future."

"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast left a little bit to be desired. The jimmy deans premade sandwiches weren’t great as they were a little soggy. Maybe having the ingredients to make a one more fresh would be better. It’d be nice to have a bar similar to other properties. More notice on when house keeping services are happening. Apparently it’s only every other day."

"Everything was nice. unfortunately pool pump broke right before we arrived and we were unable to use pool. That would be the only strike I would give them but they did offer to call sister property nearby so we could swim. we didn't because we didn't have time. Overall nice stay, only 1 night. "
