I left my AirPods on the nightstand by the bed which I would not have done when they clean the room well we forgot to put the do not disturb sign out and went out. We came back to a clean room but no AirPods. We told the front desk and ask for the manager and he said I have them looking for them I asked can you check the cameras and was told he did not know how to work them that he was sry and...

"Hotel muito bom, o cafe da manhã é muito bom, funcionarios bem educados e prestativos, so faltou queijo e presunto no café da manhã, e deixar agua e café o dia inteiro pros hospedes. A janela do Apartamento não abria, o que era ruim, porque ficava o cheiro da comida ali dentro, mas no mais, foi muito bom. Ficaria novamente "

"A/C was not keeping the room cool. Had to keep adjusting the air. When it was time to check out, I looked under the bed to make sure we didn't forget any items and there was trash with old few items left under as if no one had cleaned under the bed. One bed had pen marks on the dust sheet. "

"Everything was clean and smelt really nice. Parking lot had a lot of food options. Staff were friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is that our room was right next to the elevators and we were able to hear a constant tick ALL NIGHT LONG. Almost sounded like a huge dripping sound. Thankfully the room came supplied with 2 pairs of earplugs. "

"What was good. Towels, fast elevators, noise and light control, hot water. Water pressure would be a 7 out of 10. What wasn't good: A/C. I had to move rooms after the first night bc the air would not blow cold enough and the nose coming from the fan was annoying. Engineer said some rooms have that noise and others don't so beware. The new room had a very slow draining sink which the mgr offered to fix but I was checking out so... $32 a night for valet. Very limited street parking. Either pay...

"No geral o hotel é bom, o chuveiro é ruim, quase não sai água e o controle de temperatura não esta funcionando bem. Não sabia, mas a limpeza é feita somente 4 vezes na semana, para mim faz diferença. O atendimento de todos que tive contato foi ótimo, além de cuidarem com muito zelo das encomendas que enviei para o hotel."

"The staff and front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was great and updated and the beds were so comfortable. Perfect weekend get away. Dog friendly and very accommodating to our fur baby! Food and drinks awesome. Kids loved the pool/splashpad/slides. Thank you for a great stay!"
