"The communication with the owner was good. He was very responsive. His housekeeping staff is terrible. When we got to the room it was clearly not cleaned aside from the bedding being changed and maybe a quick wipe down of some areas. But there were wrappers and tags from clothing that people had purchased before our stay left on the nightstands and in the bathroom and hairs in the sink and shower and bathtub and Clem's of dirt and dust on the floor. So we really did not do very much in the room...
