"First room they put us in was so humid that the bed felt wet and we found mold in the curtains. They changed us rooms and the second room was just as humid and had good knows what type of stains on the bed, we checked out and demanded a refund which was given"

"I loved this Hotel staff, they where great. Except for the morning breakfast receptionist man. He was kind of dry and resentfull when we ask for instructions. He just didn't have the positive vibe the rest of the staff had, but all good no worries. Thank you La Cupa,"

"Staying at Upper Deck was seriously AMAZING! From the staff to the amenities, everything was great. My husband and I had a blast hanging out by the pool all day and ate wonderful dinners prepared by the bar chefs. We can’t wait to go back to SPI just to stay here again!"

"The staff did not and would not clean my room since I had dogs. Said they were scared of a 6 month old chihiuaua and a multipoo left if kennels. No clean sheets we slept in sand every night. No clean towels unless I took them to the office myself. Don't think I will choose this again."

"Breakfast was okay; we had to eat out most of the time in the morning. The room and hotel were clean and pleasant, but those paper wristbands have to be updated to something that can withstand water for a week for people staying for longer periods."

"Location was great. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Air conditioning worked great. Stay cool. Housekeeping could have been better but we did get fresh towels after turning in the used ones😁Although we didn’t utilize the pool it was clean and well used by all the children staying this weekend. We parked along the building since the parking lot you had to pay every time you parked. Other than that highly recommend."
