If that wasn't bad enough I had to endure dogs fighting outside my window all night. I reported the toilet issue and it took 2 days to get "fixed". "Although the hotel is older their are things in need of improvement advertising of a pool without one,no hotwater, ants,no night stand to place or plug in cellphone bad internet.No complementary coffee or breakfast as advertised ,poor lighting, some staff friendly some not so.and I have visited Jamaica many times and places over 45 years. Even the poor must be honest and advertise as so."

"We literally were only there for half hour and had to leave! Please is outdated, room smelled molded! Bedsheets and bedding were dirty, that is had pee stains! Went outside the room to catch my breath from the room and a lizard about went in my hair! The room door had gaps that insect or lizard could come in! We left and tried to get a refund but we're out right denied, even though we were there for half an hour!"

"I didn't like the stay. The bed was extremely hard. Ther were no real amenities to use. The staff was not accommodating at all. They wouldn't clean your room nor empty your trash unless you asked several times. many of the meals were not very good."
