"Hotel was nice and clean, staff was helpful. Location isn't within walking distance from tourists spots, but they are close by uber/taxi. Would stay again."

"Me hospedei por cerca de 20 dias em uma suíte de andar alto, porque queria ter uma vista incrível durante a viagem, que era um sonho pra mim. E o hotel não decepcionou. A vista era incrível, o quarto era grande, tudo era confortável, o chuveiro era ótimo, funcionários prestativos e simpáticos...não tenho nenhuma reclamação. Não incluí café da manhã na estadia, então não posso avaliar. A localização é perfeita. Linhas de metrô e ônibus na frente do hotel, lojas de conveniência e restaurantes...

"Everything - literally everything - was absolutely perfect. I've never seen such attention to detail. Communication and check-in were so easy too. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. It is beautiful, and it's in a fun neighborhood. "

"Good view (for Namsan mountain & city) and clean facility... but one tower building (for hotel) with other separate club (for mainly other membership of swimming, fitness, golf range). Not so much choice of restaurant inside. Breakfast is also OK. One particular of this Banyan Tree Seoul is one "bath pool" inside of room (with separate small steam sauna). This is the main reason I made choice this time. Actually it is good experience. Main issue for this hotel is the price. Too expensive...

"Small apartment, could barely fit 4 of us with our 4 big luggages. Toilet was quite small as well. At least it was clean, had washing machine & dryer, and provided towels when requested. When we checked in, we realised that there was no laundry detergent and texted the CS, they took a long time to reply and we almost went to buy detergent ourselves. They could have provided more instructions on what to do to get new towels etc as we had to wait a long time for them to reply"

"Hotel was comfortable and room was huge. Staff was efficient and spoke good English. Major downside was breakfast, which wasn't amazing from a western point of view, but can't complain much."

"Quarto muito espaçoso e limpo, muito confortável. O único ponto negativo é que a cortina não consegue fechar completamente a janela e entra luz do sol por uma fresta pela manhã. No lobby do hotel há uma loja de conveniência aberta 24h e uma lavanderia, e isso é ótimo. A equipe nos atende com simpatia e gentileza. Gostei muito!"
