"Eli was helpful for for our late arrival (2am). He got us extra towels for the children, pillows and fresh blankets for the pull-out bed. Breakfast was plentiful and filling. I'd prefer the old school coffee pot versus the digital automatic ones. They were slow. Lisa, the front decimal and Liz front desk receptionist were very helpful when we checked out. Chased me down to give me a cart. And found a lost inhaler that my daughter left extra. Thanks to Lisa, Liz and Eli!!!!!"

"O quarto é bem grande, gostei de poder abrir um pouco a janela e renovar o ar, o que não é possível na maioria dos hotéis nos EUA. Banheiro e roupas de cama estavam limpos, o que já é um diferencial enorme também. Segurança OK. O chão no café da manhã estava um pouco grudento no segundo dia. Ficaria novamente sem problemas."
