"The room and the property were great! Super clean and well maintained. Staff at the front desk was excellent. The only thing that was a little off putting was the lady with the long ponytail that immediately accosted me the moment I sat down in a chair by the pool bc I didn’t have my wristband on. She stood over me heavy breathing until I produced it and then told me to keep it where they could see it. Then she kept walking by and kicking pool floats in. She just seemed to be very bothered that...

"Muito caro para o que oferece. Ambiente barulhento. Não houve limpeza do quarto ou troca de toalhas em toda a estadia. Na saída, esperei cerca de 10 minutos para o checkout e não apareceu funcionário na recepção. Tive de deixar as chaves na mesa da recepção e ir embora sem atendimento."

"Hotel muito antigo e precisa ser renovado. A limpeza deixa a desejar, chão do banheiro e da cozinha grudava o chinelo de tão sujo. O café da manhã é grab and go e tem apenas café e muffin, ainda bem que a recepção nos falou como era, assim passamos no supermercado para comprar nosso café da manhã. As recepcionistas são muito simpáticas e solicitas. Não recomendo nem por 1 noite."

WiFi doesn’t exist on this particular unit, we have to use public WiFi, when I called the front desk, I was advised to reach out to either Expedia or hosteeva since they’re the once I booked with, what a disappointment. Positive feedback, it’s complete with kitchen utensils, pots & pans, clean unit. "

"Staff were always friendly and professional. My room was very clean and also facing the bay. Parking was not an issue as my brother picked me up every day. We had breakfast the first morning there and staff were friendly, helpful, fabulous! One small detail, though, there were three mysterious hairs in my room, which I'm mitigated with a tissue and the trashcan. My stay, there was perfect."

"We booked the weekend getaway the day before arriving. The room was very artsy and spacious for a boutique hotel. The outdoor space had games and generous seating options. The lounge area on the level was full of books and interesting collections. The bed was very comfortable. We had dessert at the restaurant. Having the restaurant was an added bonus. We hope to return this summer. The location was perfect with many restaurant in walking distance."
