"We stayed in a 2-bedroom villa for 2 days and departed on new years day. The property is clean and quiet and the breakfast is good. Communication with Pen is great and both Pen with Mr Nirun were very helpful. Only one thing to consider is if you do not have a car and is travelling to downtown during festive season (NYE for us), you may struggle getting a Grab/Bolt. It shouldnt be a problem during other times. "

Btw there is so much stuff to do around the resort I would suggest waiting to book your excursions once you get here. An employee named Tan was very helpful. It has the potential to be really good but it needs a lot of investment: main issues were: the shower in bathroom not fit for purpose, a cold trickle that did not improve throughout stay, pool looked cold and unclean - no guests used this throughout our time there. "Great place to stay, close to Mae Rim attractions, with a relaxed, quiet atmosphere. The pool is great for kids to cool off and burn some energy. The staff were lovely and very friendly, although not all staff speak English, which didn't affect our stay. The rooms/house was very spacious and well set-up for families."

"We had a magical time staying at Ban Rai Tin Thai Ngarm Eco Lodge. This is a family run lodge surrounded by their beautiful garden and the mountains, a paradise away from the city. The hosts are the most hospitable people I have ever met, they made us feel welcome immediately. Breakfast was delicious, and the hosts give advice and maps of the area to explore. My only regret is not staying longer, I never wanted to leave. If you are thinking about booking here, do it, you will not regret it!"
