"The bed linen had wee stains on the duvet. Spoke to the host and she assured me it had been cleaned. The breakfast bar closed very early and did not look fresh. reception didn't offer any info about the hotel. The pool was also very cold and therefore not usable. It felt like a hotel that was running on the bear minimum."

"This will be my always on top of priority list to stay in Orange. Very quite and peacefully location. Morning sunrise to watching sunsets, it feels heavenly. Very well organised place and top feature appliances. "The house was as described. It was clean, comfortable and in a quiet area, just 5 minutes from the city. It suited our needs beautifully - 3 mature couples wanting a reunion and to explore the area. Three bathrooms gave us privacy and the two communal areas were useful. Access was easy with the key lock and we had no need to meet a host. Highly recommend."

"The room was clean and spacious. Cooking facilities adequate and check-in was really easy. It wasn’t as modern as the photos looked but it wasn’t bad just a bit dated. The air-conditioner was needed for heating but only blue cool air. We just turned it off we had had packed warm clothes so it turned out to be no problem. Outdoor sitting area was lovely. Although not right in the centre of town, it suited our needs as we were able to cook our own meal at night without the need to go out."

"The host was good but the amenities were not very clean. Hair and soap scum through the bath and shower and there was hair in the bed linen which seemed it might not have been changed since the last guests. There were insufficient towels. No washers and no hand towels until we found one small brown towel in the dryer which could have been a hand towel or a cleaning rag. Also the soap containers in the bathroom were empty. Would be good to check in with the cleaners as to what their practices...

"What a great place for a family get together. The rooms were very comfortable and Max and his team went out of their way to make us feel at home. The pool was excellent (a bit cool for me) but the kids loved it I would recommend this house in a heartbeat to any large family group. Plenty of room for bike riding etc and felt very safe for the kids. "
