"At 11:00 PM we were startled awake by what sounded like a jackhammer right next to us. The maintenance room shared a wall with our room and I found a man in there working on some kind of cabling. This frightenting noise continued on till about 12:15 PM. AC quit working. Carpet was soaked by the desk area. At 11:30 PM I attempted to get these issues resolved with the staff.
