"Beautiful hotel right in the middle of the downtown area. We loved the walkability to all the restaurants, shops and the gorgeous falls bridge park and Swamp Rabbit trail! Our lovely room was comfortable and clean! We will definitely stay here next time we are in Greenville! "

"As expected from the chain, beautiful rooms, lobby, etc. Very well located. However, it is not a grade 9 like it was pointed out by the website. I needed one more blanket, it was bedtime, the front desk told me to go down and get. Did not go, and slept without it. The blackout curtain did not work- we only found out when it was sleep time - wanted to sleep more, but it was bright inside the bedroom. "Our bathroom was exceptionally clean …thank you housekeeping! The bed was comfortable as well as Pillows/sheets/blankets… there are plenty of lights and outlets. Our first room, the tv didn’t work properly & the staff immediately moved us down the hall. Love the coffee machine & the husband enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Front desk staff friendly & professional, thank you. This location exceeded our expectations & highly recommend staying here"
