"We were in what was considered a suite. The sofa bed when opened left no room between in and the king bed therefore in an emergency situation there was no exit space without climbing over the bed. Also the mattress on the sofa bed was awful. Things seemed clean but there were items like the hinges on the door in the bathroom that looked dirty because it was rusted. The staff was excellent to work with. WiFi was okay but when you tried to get on it stated that it was only available to Marriot...

"Check in process took very long. I understand a big group was coming in that day, however the staff should have done something to ensure a smoother check in process. I had placed the clean room tag on my door at 8 am before leaving for the day, however the room was not cleaned when I returned at 1am. The bedsheets and comforter were not clean. "More of a motel than a hotel, which suited me perfectly because I was travelling with my dog. I was able to park directly in front of my room and walk into it at ground level - no stairs. The room was spacious and clean, the air conditioning worked very well, which was great because it was a very hot day. The fridge wasn't working so I called the front desk. "I bought 3 rooms and I paid $264 per room for one night. I thought since it was a Wyndham it should be pretty nice. The bathrooms in all three rooms were dirty. One bathroom actually had hair trimmings on the countertop and the floor was a puddle of water. Maybe cleaned in a rush. It seemed like they may have recently been renovated rooms so that was good. The building was in poor condition. The pool looked nice but the caretaker of it put chemicals in it after it was opened for the morning so...
