"My fiancée and I recently had the most wonderful stay in Newport. The building itself is truly stunning, steeped in history that added a unique charm to our experience. Beyond the beautiful architecture, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. "Really lovely spot for a b&b!!!! Staff were really nice and helpful!! Breakfast was really lovely - particularly as a veggie!!!! Room was too small for two and the only reason why facilities scored a four. It was ok for one night for two of us, but wouldn’t want any longer.

"Stayed here for a night booked online really late at night and was greeted at reception by a very pleasant and helpful young lad whose manners and customer service were second to none (very good), the hotel lobby, hallways and room is exceptionally clean to a high standard and the room was to a high standard. Will be coming back for a longer stay next time and would certainly recommend to friends and family or people in general 👍"
"The room was very spacious with comfortable beds and a good shower and the area was quiet at night. The choice of breakfasts was excellent and the view from the restaurant was an added bonus."
"Gorgeous room and lovely decor overall although a few things were broken opun arrival e.g. One of the blinds pull strings was snapped and one of the plant pots was crackes.
The staff were very courteous and helpful.
I would rate higher but the rooom did not come with any bath products or a hair dryer, and the tea and coffee was kept in the hallway between the rooms rather than having a selection in the room.
Will definitely stay again if this is fixed. "
