"When I checked in they seemed friendly, the few requests I had, the manager was rude and seemed put out. They are very strict on towels and smiles. The staff and many residents are on continual smoke breaks. I checked out a day early due to how uncomfortable the bed was and Steve the smoker employee intentionally hid the luggage carts so I had to move everything to the car by hand. I will never stay there again and I suggest you don’t either!"

"Accused of taking towels????? No email no phone call nothing just blind sided when came back to check in 3 days later told i had to pay 35$ for something we did not do. "

"Didn't change bedding or towels. Someone left our room door open all day. When we for back the second night we stayed, the door next to our door was open, when it hadn't been open when we left. Kind of creepy. "

"I arrived just after 12 am, about 45 minutes after I made the reservation. They said I was marked as a no-show, and they couldn't check me in for 30 minutes. I demanded a refund, and left. "

"Room was clean, staff were friendly. Hot tub wasn’t working correctly which was a little frustrating but obviously out of their control. Breakfast was ok, your typical hotel breakfast but there were many choices! Would stay there again! "

"Ficamos 5 dias no hotel e só temos elogios: atendimento gentil, muito educados, quarto confortável, muito limpo, cama e banho excelentes. O tamanho do quarto também é perfeito e a localização muito prática, já que facilitou muito nosso deslocamento. Tem um ótimo café da manhã, com frutas todas os dias e pratos quentes saborosos ( cardápio mudou todos os dias que passamos lá ) além de wafles, sucos, iorgutes e pães variados. Nossa estadia foi perfeita e quando voltarmos a Vancouver certamente...

"We honestly are considering suing for negligence of cleanliness, extremely rude, dishonest behavior, safety, barged into room multiple times while I was was indisposed and told them to not enter, they required us to do our own cleaning and cleaned after them. Amy cut her finger and bled profusely for hours and we want this location to be removed from your service. We observed what appeared to be potential human trafficking, drug trafficking, and it was very unsafe and dangerous to be outside at...
