"The Hilton Garden Inn North Phoenix is a nice hotel. No compaints except that they charge for parking. I hate hotels that charge for parking. Just another fee that Expedia did not include or diclose. I might have chosen a different hotel if I knew that an additional $10 per night would be added onto my stay."

"We chose this hotel to spend Christmas and it was a very nice experience. The hotel has a very good infrastructure, quality service, impeccable cleaning. We received courtesy drinks our stay. I was impressed by the social inclusion program, with employees with disabilities working on the team. The breakfast was included and was very well served. The only limitation is the restaurant, very small for the hotel."

"The property is 35-40 years outdated. The carpet was scary, I told the kids to leave their shoes on. The door opens to an outside courtyard that can be accessed by anyone, no keycard needed. Not as big of an issue if the room door closed and would latch. The strike plate was hanging off and the door wouldn’t close without a hefty push. "The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and had pretty good hygiene products that smelled nice. The microwave worked well and the mini fridge was small but worked well. The pool had a great water temperature and was clean. The washer and dryer worked well as well, and the staff members were super helpful when buying detergent and trading in money for quarters. The location was perfect, with lots of stores and restaurants nearby. "

"No full breakfast just a coffee bar (it should state this in the description for the hotel). Pool was ok but lots of leaves and leftover towels. A front desk clerk was more busy with phone calls and I asked but couldn't get any pillows. Only two towels for eight people in a room. "

"The hotel was good, except for our entire floor reeked so very bad like curry. I would have gave more stars for cleanliness but the smell becomes sickening with how strong and constant it is. There are people who are here from out of country who are clearly living in this hotel so it has become a little community for them there which made us uncomfortable like we were in their home.
