"The hotel was clean and quiet, which is a big plus for me. The issues we had dealt with staff and communication. When we checked in we asked if late check-out was avalable. We were told yes, we could stay until noon, so I confirmed with the front desk attendant that we wanted late check-out and would leave by noon. Just after 11am a staff member was knocking on our door asking why we hadn't checked out. I told them we had confirmed late check-out. Not 10 minutes later another staff member...

"Quiet area. Bring your own towel if you don’t like rough bath towels. It’s obvious this hotel was once a higher end hotel. It’s still well kept and very clean but lacks food service of any kind. Probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at."

"I’m not usually one to be fussy or nitpicky…but the room was not clean, socks left by previous guests, trash on bathroom floor, mystery stains in the fridge, on the table and bathroom counter. I cleaned things up but probably should have just went and asked for a different room."

"Didn’t even leave car. Was stared down by other guests who opened their doors to watch us as soon as we pulled in. Did not feel safe at all. Left without even going inside. Not worth the $75 to get s** trafficked."

"Breakfast was good. Lots of opens. Pool and hot tub were nice but fluctuating temperatures. Screws were falling out of our doors. The bathroom was not cleaned nor were the windows. The carpet was coming up. Our room smelled like it was previously smoked in and not cleaned right. The AC and heat vent smelled very weird and gross when turned on. Staff was very nice and attentive. "

"Initially, our room had an overwhelming room deodorizer smell. But upon entering a few hours later, the deodorizer smell was gone and a horrible musty smell hung in the air."

"We did have a wonderful stay, and Stephanie was extremely helpful! We were disappointed that the pool was so cold. The other disappointment was the cleanliness of our room. There was garbage under our bed from the person before us, and hair all over the walls and tub. Also, the bathtub was backing up, so there was water standing while we were showering. The beds were comfortable. We appreciated the two different types of pillows on the beds. We did enjoy the breakfast, patio area with fire pits,...
