Something about a virtual credit card that would not work in their system because of the change and that we needed to contact Expedia to get a new one. We didn't think this was quite fair but we tried to contact them and could not connect with them. We had to pay for our room with a different credit...

"The price you can’t beat, however the rooms need better maintenance and cleanliness.. The room I stayed in the toilet didn’t flush. The best thing about the room was the cold AC, and surprisingly the bed was very comfortable. The guy at the front desk was friendly as well."

These seem like small things but they are assumed to work, and when you arrive back to your room late, I dont have the patience to run these issues down"
