"The building is clean with an easy off the freeway central location. The king suite room was large and spacious. It clean however you could see the haphazard drywall work that was painted over, it didn't bother me, it just was obvious low quality wall repair. The furniture in the separate living area was an odd collection of pieces that are very dated but clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. "Staff was nice, room didn’t have a fire alarm at all. No soap for hand washing or in the shower. Breakfast was sparse. Desperately in need of renovations. "

"For my surprise the front desk staff was super stressed and exhausted. She didn’t treat bad but she was out of control. The phone was ringing too much and she was alone. She started crying in front of clients and went to a private room just behind the desk and screamed. Left the front desk and didn’t finished the job. Told me her manager was coming to finish the check in. Over all the Hotel is the best one in there area. "
