"Desk person on the evening of the 2nd was not very helpful. We had to wait in the lobby over 20 minutes to get a room. Desk person said she was waiting to hear what room was clean. Once at our room, tried to get the TV to work; it turned on but we couldn’t get a picture. After 30 minutes of trying, attempted to call the front desk. Only static on the phone. No one answered. Went back to the front desk, same person there reported TVs were new and she couldn’t help. No one from maintenance to help...

"Hotel limpo e bem organizado. Grande hall de entrada, possui bar/restaurante, muito bom. Há snacks durante a tarde, assim como em Orlando. Quarto e banheiro, com box de vidro, espaçosos e muito limpos. Colchão, lençóis e toalhas muito bons. Uma excelente escolha. Já está em nossa lista. Escolhemos este hotel pela maravilhosa experiência que tivemos em Olrando, o que se repetiu aqui. A rede está de parabéns. Funcionários sempre muito solícitos e dispostos a nos ajudar."

"Not a ton of amenities but it’s been updated. Very clean. Good enough for one night after being at King’s Dominion all day. Would not do a long stay here but it’s fine for what we need. Slept great. Mattresses were comfortable."

"Staff charged my card twice for a supposedly card on file. I understand for the card on file for damages, but twice? Then, the following day, they charged my card again for the room after booking it through Expedia. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches in the room. I advise you to stay at your own risk, as I will never return to that establishment and flag the double transaction you made at check-in. "Really delicious breakfast, so many options and a lot of space to accommodate families. Room was really spacious and up to date, charging ports and full kitchen with appliances etc. Very comfy beds, loved our stay!"
