"The best part was the breakfast, very good and very polite individual. The room was cold, no hot water to shower, no one around to solve the issue. All in house amenities not in use. No bar. No service, no contact. It's 2 miles from town, so taxi us essential. It's the sort of place that picture perfect... But you'll only go once. Sorry for the bad review, almost recovered by the polite service and lovely breakfast."

"The whole stay was beautiful! It was clean, spacious and the host even left Welsh cakes, eggs and milk in the fridge for me. It’s the first time I’ve solo travelled and this place was perfect for me, but I can also see it being perfect for a couple too! The host also left a “guide” on the table, with key information and recommendations for local places to eat and things to do, as well as cab companies which was really useful! "Delightful shepherd’s hut set in the mid-Wales countryside. Well equipped and maintained and very comfortable, it was just right for our long weekend visiting friends in the area. The bed was comfortable and the small kitchen and shower room met our needs. We benefitted from excellent weather so were able to take full advantage of the terrace which overlooked a field of buttercups and the nearby hills."

"Location was excellent, free parking onsite and the town is lovely to walk around. Food at the pub was good and the owner was lovely and really helpful. Breakfast was good as well and we could take our dog. The room itself was a little run down but clean and perfectly adequate. The only negative were that the walls are very thin between rooms. We unfortunately had a family staying next door with a screaming baby and we could hear everything, which kept us up until after midnight. Other than...

"Cottage was in a beautiful setting, peaceful and rural. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Hot tub was perfect. Beds were ridiculously comfy and with the peace and quiet we slept like logs! Tracey the owner was friendly and welcoming and gave us lots of helpful information about the area. And we even had a fabulous welcome from Bella the puppy! We will definitely come back and recommend it to others."
