Located in the dunes with both the sea and the seaside resort of Kijkduin within walking distance, this wonderful bungalow offers great comfort for a tenant who is also looking for peace, nature, and coziness!

The bungalow features its own spacious garden at the rear and is surrounded by lush greenery.

Layout:

Through the front door, you reach the entrance hall with a cloakroom and toilet. Through the interior door, you reach the cozy L-shaped living room with a large sliding door providing access to the sun terrace and garden. Further on is the dining area with an open kitchen that is fully equipped. At the rear are 2 bedrooms. The smaller bedroom also offers access to the rear terrace and the garden via a door. The bathroom is located next to the larger bedroom and is equipped with a modern shower cabin with a rain shower and a spacious sink with a mirror.

Via a beautiful spiral staircase next to the kitchen, you reach the large extension where a spacious bedroom with enormous closet space is located. You receive the morning light through the windows. Please contact us in the week before arrival regarding the code for the barrier and the code for the key safe.

We strictly prohibit parties or disruptive behaviour. To maintain this standard, we've installed noise and heat sensors to detect any unauthorized gatherings or additional guests. Should these alarms be triggered, our security team will intervene, and it may impact your security deposit. Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests.
