"I made the reservation, and when I arrived at the property, the attendant simply told me there was no room available for me. She didn't even try to resolve my issue. She said it was my problem and I should contact Hoteis.com. To make matters worse, she was very rude and turned her back and went to a room where I saw her with the light off, fiddling with her cell phone, pretending she didn't even see me. When I contacted Hoteis.com, the attendant said she would call the hotel. The phone rang several times, and she didn't answer. Luckily, I couldn't find another hotel nearby, otherwise I would have had to sleep on the street. Therefore, never, under any circumstances, book at this location. I'm a Gold member and have stayed at Hotels.com over 100 times in dozens of countries. This was the worst hotel experience of my life."
