"Traveled 6hours and wanted a hot shower and to settle into bed for an early morning Departure. When we turned up, our room hadn't been vacuumed. THEN we tried to settle in bed but people were being loud/swearing etc outside the room and a child was running up and down outside our door so we had to request a new room. "This place badly needs renovating. Everything feels old, worn out, and poorly maintained. For the price they charge, it's just not good enough. The bed only had a sheet on it with no duvet or proper blanket, even though it is nearly winter and the bathroom window wouldn't shut because the handle was broken. "Spacious room and very clean. No towel heaters with towels out of reach. Nice kitchenette with all its trimmings plus microwave. The only thing I didn’t like is the shower head. Parking is free and plenty of it."
