"Our family loved the rental property setup and home decor. It was a two bedroom rental. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom. There was plenty of towels for a family of four. It was great to see the extra special touches such as body wash, shampoo, laundry detergent. There was a washer/dryer unit in the rental. It was a very nice property. I would recommend a few things for the property to improve: the master bedroom mattress was too hard and poor quality. My husband and I are both Disabled...

"If you have a medicaly fragile adult. Or any kind of adult that's not considered "normal" DO NOT stay here. They would not let my 22 year old son go to breakfast or even out of the room with out some kind of supervision. They fought with me over my esa dogs that I registered at check in. They had the numbers. The house keeping was supposed to be once a week. They came every 4 days. And pushed their way into the room. They argued over food that my kid ate and made him sick. It's wasteful throwing...

"Upon arrival at 5pm we were told our room was not ready.and then we were given a room that was a category lower than we had paid for and we had to point it out to the staff after we had unpacked our suit cases ad were then switched to the room category we had paid for. No apologies. The shower door silicone gasket was broken. Otherwise great facility, staff is very friendly. They have a very cute speakeasy in the basement good food, pleasant staff other than the one at the front desk who seems...

"The hotel over all needs a good deep clean. The bed was clean and fairly comfortable. The bathroom was just okay, it definitely hasn’t had a good deep clean in a while. The carpet throughout the hotel needed to be vacuumed. There was an alarm of some kind on the second floor that needed maintenance, it beeped all night long. On the bright side check in was super easy and the lady at the front desk was helpful and nice."
