"Super friendly staff... everyone was helpful. Very beautiful building and amenities. Pool and spa were clean, restaurants were super friendly and delicious."

"The internet access is awful. They give you a kind of temporary access which has to be renewed constantly. A real annoyance. "

"The hallway had an unpleasant smell, and the floor was damaged. I noticed several broken tiles that were only covered with tape, which felt unsafe, especially for kids who could easily trip over them. The room also had a moldy smell upon arrival. In addition, there were no towels provided when I checked in, and I was informed that they would only be available by 7 PM And wifi is terrible i can barely search using the wifi. "

"The location is great. The apartment is nice. I did not like that the Apartment was not secure due to the balcony door would not lock. In fact, the door was never able to lock. I could not leave my belongings when I went out. After 3 days the maintenance finally came back to repair the door. I had to show and tell him how to repair it. The faucets in the toilet and kitchen were very loose and wobbles. Mainten repaired them on the 3 day of my stay."

"Stayed for a night only, wanting to extend but fully booked instead. The walking distance to MOA and other restaurants nearby makes this stay more worth it. Staff was very kind and helpful! If youre not wanting to walk around as much or at all, i would suggest a different stay. But its definitely worth it. Myself and Rhea would definitely book again when visiting!"

"Everything was good except the aircon wasn't that strong which made the room kinda warm and uncomfortable. We checked the filter and it was built up with dirt and dust. After cleaning it the aircon finally got the room nice and cold."

"The property location is very close to MOA. Entrance to condo is very nice and clean. However, we notice the poor or substandard unit structure. Some walls and cabinet paints are peeling, cabinet doors need fixing. Shampoo smells bad. And body wash not properly dispensing. But the overall price per stay is reasonable and budget friendly."

"One of the smoothest stay and transition I ever had in Manila. Thank you very much for being attentive and helpful all through out our stay. We felt at home in the unit. Can’t wait for our next stay. Very accessible and everything you need in one place, MOA is a trike away or 15 min walk. One very instagrammable pool. Too bad we didn’t get to dip there. maybe the next one"

"When we first checked into our room, the fridge was not working property. The maganger quickly got us into our next room, with a bit of an upgrade, seamlessly and no additional cost. Both rooms were super clean and had all the amenities you would need to stay. I will definitely be staying here again."
