"We stayed in Hot Springs for a day and were looking for a decent hotel close to the downtown area and park. This fit the bill perfectly. The property was pretty clean and they served continental breakfast. All in all, not a bad hotel for the value."

"This place is less than a mile from the big casino, which was very convenient as we wanted to try our luck. The back parking lot is older and not attended and I wasn't sure if this was part of the place. The Derby Inn is gated so we felt secure there. The room was lovely and the small amenities they gave were great. We called ahead of time to see if we could get an earlier check in time and the staff were very accommodating. "The room is very clean and large, staff was very nice and helpful. They have a free shuttle to take you to where you would like to go and to pick you up."

"Most of the staff was friendly and kind except for the bartenders during happy hour they were very rude. He was asked to go and get his supervisor and he refused to do so. Orher than the rude bartenders everything else was perfect from room service to the breakfast bar and front door check in. We were greated with a friendly smile and were made to feel welcomed and appreciated. Yes I will be returning but I won't be visiting the bar."
