Spa just re-opened after refurb, but works still going on, debri everywhere, smell of silicone in the changing room revolting. Staff on reception and spa lovely. "

"I had a terrible experience with my hotel booking yesterday. I made the reservation in the morning and informed the owner, John, that we would arrive late, after 9:00 PM. She told me there would be a £60 late check-in charge, which I agreed to. At 9:00 PM, she messaged me, and I explained that due to traffic and an accident, we would be delayed by about an hour. She responded rudely, telling me to call when I arrived, and I agreed. Before reaching the property, I messaged her at 10:55 PM to...

"This is a very well presented, clean, comfortable and roomy property. Comfy bed, good size TV and great shower too. Big supermarkets are only about 1.5 miles away and a restaurant very close by. Parking is right outside. The host had put the heating and lights on for my arrival which was great. Also a selection of tea and coffee was available too. Would recommend."

"Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students. After contacting Hotels.com several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back. Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. "Very clean, nicely presented. Everything we needed including washer for messy children. Lots of space, good that there is shower room upstairs and bathroom downstairs, as a family of five. Location was excellent for family celebration, also so convenient for supermarkets. Thank you. "
