"Staff was really nice & respectful/quick. The room was clean but needs updating and there were cigarette burns on the duvet & couch. The bottom of the tub was not stained & some of the fixtures needed to be replaced (switches in the bath) and the safe was hanging sideways on the wall. Overall it wasn’t the worst but definitely needs some work but it was convenient w/a great price and good for a quick stay. "

"O hotel é ótimo, quartos grandes e confortáveis, em uma área muito arborizada, acesso próximo a restautantes. Unico problema foi o checkin. Ao chegar haviam 2 pessoas sendo atendidas e ficamos na fila esperando respeitosamente a nossa vez. Chegou outra pessoa que perguntou se estávamos na fila e dissemos que sim. "The room was good, clean, and even had little dove bottles of soap and shampoo. Front desk person was very friendly and got us checked in quick. Only complaint was the entire hotel smelled like weed which seems to be a trend in this area. I’ve traveled here a few times and all the hotels smell this way which is awful. Additionally we had to listen to stomping all night long from the floor above us. We only stayed one night so it wasn’t too bad. "

"Good enough for one night when passing by or visiting Richmond for one day. The rooms seemed clean at first glance but under the beds (had to reach for something that fell) it was very dirty. Staff was very polite and helpful. We were a little bothered by other guests making noises in front of their rooms, having drinks and conversations, but nothing really bad in fact."
