"Péssimo. Gerente arrogante e mal educado. Ao chegar no hotel usei o vaso sanitário que estava obstruído. Pedi troca de quarto , o que foi negado. Foi enviado funcionário da “engenharia” para desobstrução. Conseguiu fazê-lo , mas como era de se esperar no dia seguinte entupiunovamente. É assim foram quatro dias, stress, sujeira, e falta de atenção. Desisti do último dia. Deixei o hotel com o vaso cheio de fezes. Pensei que Marriot fosse sinônimo de qualidade!!!"
