Albergues em The Catlins,

"A good basic 2 bedroom apartment, well-appointed, with a great view of the bay and direct access to beach (easier going down than returning). However, there are no windows that open (apart from bathroom, not sure about a window above the bed). No source of outside air. We slept poorly because of this. The room became stuffy (and this in the spring, admittedly a warm day). The only ventilation is from the doors, although leaning them open would challenge security and expose the flat to insects...

"Bem ruim. O quarto até é grande e tinha uma vista legal. Porém o quarto tinha um cheiro ruim muito forte, o chveiro tinha pouca pressão e a internet não funcionava. Atendimento nada simpático."

"Wonderful rural house, will book again definitely!!!"

"We loved our stay here. Saw the sea lions in their natural environment. The lady on reception was super helpful with local advice. Only downfall was the dirt road to access which we did not realise and we were in a hire car. It was a nice dirt road, just unexpected"

"Absolute Magical place. A step back in time really. Great place to stay. Great hosts. Awesome views. Definitely recommend and will definitely be back to stay again. "

"Ray was an absolute legend of a host. Kind and thoughtful. The space has everything you need. Please read the full description as it does have a unique layout. Also note that there is no spa pool/jet tub as mentioned by some of the listing companies!"

"Needs better signage heading to the property specially after sunset"

"Fantastic views. Super modern studio. Lovely welcome email from the manager. Just remember its self contained. There are no basics like salt and pepper, tin foil, or gladwrap or anything other than basic plates, knife, forks etc. No broom or anything to keep it tidy if your there more than a couple of days but im OCD about that sort of thing lol. Beautifully presented and high level of cleanliness. Take extra kitchen bags etc for your rubbish if your eating in. 2 ring cooker and very small...

"Loved it managed well very peaceful stay just what we needed after Christmas "

"Very nice historic house, however bathrooms are outside - just be aware about this. Soundproofing isn't that great either, we were lucky to have quiet neighbors but if they were noisier I imagine it would be pretty annoying. Everything else was very nice and comfortable ❤️"

"I booked the apartment room for my builders to stay in for 2 nights. They said the rooms were clean and comfortable, having a kitchen was important because I had set the builders up with their breakfast foods and they were sent back each night with their evening meal to heat up. Eion and Bev had the room warm for them on arrival on their first night and gave quality banter throughout their stay. Greatly appreciated their time in getting them settled in, happily book with them again in the...

"Amazing, place to stay clean tidy warm, was a little concerned when I rang host for key but nothing to worry about in the end. Had a amazing night in Gore at the Hokonui Fashion Design Awards. Will book again."

"The staff was extremely helpful. Rooms were very clean. It help having night and day shop next door to motel."

"Southern hospitality at its best. A very comfortable well thought out layout. Very enjoyable stay, thank you!"

"Perfect. Peaceful. Friendly owner. Great spot. Thankyou."
